I'm yet another guy, applied for the benefits with TWC, Schwab approved it and provided the actual earnings for each quarter, I am eligible for $577/week starting this week. Severance didn't matter. I hope it helps.

Thank you to Post ID: @lpb+1qwUOx3n You answered my question regarding Unemployment granted. As I said I know how to apply I have done it before. I just wanted to see if some was granted Unemployment because we received a severance.

To the ones who answered the question by giving me instructions and a previous post about TX unemployment. You did not read my question.. I know how to file..

I applied a few weeks ago (Texas) and was approved by Schwab. U have to request a payment every two weeks, where u will answer the questions about pay in order for them to determine if you’re eligible. They walk u thru it pretty well on their website, I think the hardest part is setting up the account or reactivating an old one, their verification process is painful.

You don’t have to be rude!! I know how to file. I wanted to know if unemployment was granted since we are getting a severance! As far as I know there has not been a post that TX unemployment was granted! Don’t you read???
