I know we've been having sporadic layoffs here and there, but I'm interested if there's something more substantial coming our way. In all honesty, I'd rather have one major round of layoffs than constant surgical cuts that keep me stressing every single day.

The only have to notify DLLR if it’s a mass layoff of more than I think 60 or 100 people from the same assigned site. In this new work environment of hybrid/remote, as long as they stay under that number at each regional site, a notice won’t be required. So why cause panic when you can choose 20-30 people from each site, reach the same number, and not issue a WARN notice. Larger spread out their layoffs all the time to reach the same savings without the WARN notices and panic in advance.
