Interesting of them to boost AIP payout for most and lower it for JL 10+. You can tell they’re starting to have trouble filling seats when something improves.

2ymf- did they offer you a package?

Seems to me that whoever you are are pretty accurate.
I wonder why it was down voted so much.

Whatever it ends up being, you can count on it being straight up trash.

EoD Friday for information to be public is laughable- and QPB varies wildly from site to site. Small packages (heh) do sound more likely to be offered for PIP candidates.

Poster above was close.

Level 5 + yearly AIP will be 40-60%. New bonus stock options will be an option for level 5 and level 6s.

  • 25% of level 5 will be offered 3 year restricted stock options.
  • 50% of the Level 6s will be offered RSOs.
  • Yearly AIP recipients will get paid in March.

Level 5 below who get qbp will get closer to 90% for q4 final.

All raises and promotions held until July. As mentioned by above poster 1-3%. With promos being a little more than the average.

Pips will be issued for Insufficient Performed employees. Strong rumor of a small package to be offered instead of a pip. Waiting on confirmation from my source.

By eod friday all information will be public anyways.

Anyone assuming it will be 95% will be sorely disappointed. I think Tom said we were trending at 60-70% last update.

You're welcome.

Earnings call is Feb 13th, usually AIP is announced at an all hands later that week.
