““We are committed to providing flexibility to the work force and believe the hybrid-flex approach allows teams to collaborate intentionally,” said Claire Borelli, the chief people officer at TIAA, an investment firm that called its employees back to the office three days a week in March 2022.”

Idk about the first sentence of the post below but agree with one thing.

“Since they are looking at last 8 weeks of in office averages… and with the first quarter being March the earliest they can give out warnings probably won’t do RTO until at least second quarter 2025.

@1mw4+1quSP041 Way to open up a year old post.
They better not make Denver full RTO. Morale there is below zero. Plus the crime and other issues. Would make zero sense. Same for Jacksonville who has less time here.

Since they are looking at last 8 weeks of in office averages this quarter. Best guess is they don’t go full RTO until January 2026 or July 2025 at the earliest.

Return coming for all....office space is no longer an issue at hubs after Feb 4, 2025 since 1500 people are going to Accenture globally for the outsourcing that is going live.

Well, a zero percent raise when my families groceries are up 20% won’t help me get my paper right. I sure hope $17 million per year is enough for poor Thasunda.

Full time RTO seems unlikely as there aren’t enough seats for everyone…at least in Charlotte. That’s why they are rolling out the cube check ins after you reserve them similar to what you have to do for an office. I heard that they were thinking of mandating minimum 4 hours per day in office and monitoring via time logged into the network but changed their minds because avg days in the office were well above the three they were shooting for.
