Keep you head up...I landed a new job and started last week. Holy cow what a change in culture. Getting laid off and taking 2 months to recharge has been the best thing to happen to be in some time. I dont miss the disaster of a manager that I had who still there running a major component of IT. I hear from former co workers that nothing has changed except some execs bonus.
