What do we think AIP would turn out with layoffs, reorgs, and no strong company performance

Managers are focusing on PIP for now. They haven’t thought about AIP yet. Poor employees are suffering coz of d-mb managers out here. Is there a PIP on place for these inefficient managers?
0%. JES decided to keep it all for himself before he runs off to retirement.
Leaders got an email saying to expect AIP to be announced in the first couple weeks of February, after they finish dishing out performance ratings to direct reports. There was no mention of a direct number, but a reminder that the company has paid out above for all but one year.
It’s looking like 125.
A guess and nothing more than that 120%
I think company results were ok. There was a lot of green on the dashboard. The reorgs and layoffs appear to predominantly be an effort to reduce the tech spend that has bloated beyond reason -and outpaced all other department growth—in the past several years.
If AIP is anything like the dividend this year, it will be the lowest in the industry.
