Can somebody please confirm that this is old news? It seems that most people think this was announced in November and is nothing new, but it would be nice to get a confirmation from somebody there. Just to know if we have opened the year with new layoffs or not.

This is old news. The people who got laid off in November were technically on WD's payroll till January so WARN report was filed only after they got off the payroll
