just took my bronco in for 3 recalls, plus one more in the mail today I just received. Never owned a vehicle with so many recalls. Getting recall letters at least once a month for something. I think its a combination of things, Ford firing all the experienced salaried people, plus whoever is left at Ford don't care anymore so there not putting any effort into there work, then you have the purchasing people cutting corners to save Ford money on all parts. There not buying quality parts, there buying the ones that come in with the cheapest bid. I know one thing this is my last Ford product. Embarrassed to be seen driving one. I'm guessing within 1-2 years 80%+ of salaried workers going to be be over seas. I don't call ford an American company anymore. Not with that many salaried workers that are overseas doing the work. What's Ford going to do in 4 years when the next UAW contract up? Give them another 30%+ raise again? By that time there will be no more salaried people in the USA to fire. And they surely wont cut upper management or lower there salaries.

My neighbor's 2015 F150 has all kinds of problems and he can't even sell it. I didn't tell him that I work at Ford. He is pi---d at Ford.
At least Ford is #1 at something.
Records are made to be broken. Replace tenured engineers with LCC employees and it’s a safe bet that Ford will, sadly, meet or beat their recall record. Long live the king (of recalls).
