I tried in ADP and it says the profile is managed by Schwab and they have user if and password, so how to get W2

Paper copy will be mailed, the digital copy is going to be on ADP's website.
You will get a paper w2 mailed to you. There will be instructions on how to download a digital copy. It'll be through a separate website that is not internal and you will probably need some prior tax info to validate your access and prove your identity.
