XBS ReOrg Plans?

Is anyone hearing of more re-org plans within XBS and what's remaining of the cores? Given RH wasn't replaced and the recent retirement of JCS, what is the plan and who's leading it? I know they paused on a full "integration" during COVID - I've heard 2024 is full on consolidation , elimination of any/all core names and centralizing all processes as a single GTM. What are you hearing?

Word on the street is continued consolidation. They always wanted to fully integrate , eliminate the core names/branding and mainstream processes. - they always had a plan for 5 regions so definitely still more to go. Still some extremely high paid ex core leaders out there that I am sure on the list as well. I'm hearing RB getting more and maybe RS at risk.

RB taking over for JCS in the interim. It's been in the works all year. Further consolidation of Northeast and Mid Atlantic but not the entire country just yet. Waiting for offers to come up before making drastic changes that would impact revenue.

Same things that I've been hearing for year, dog. Cores are glorified crews of old office equipment dealers.
