Sell all non OFS businesses. Next fire the "C" suite and BOD.

Sorry to hear more of this. The spurge of 2020 took out many experienced personnel including myself with over 34 yrs experience in Eline as well as a PetE degree.
The Woke environment that became ingrained within upper/executive mgmt came largely from the previous GE acquisition and divestment if BHI. A vast majority, if not practically all, of the old school personnel that had moved up within the company and into technical areas/tech mgmt have/had been severanced. They gained their experience in the “field”, many with valued academic credentials developing the forerunners of many of the down hole instruments the made Bake a top tier company.
What is currently happening with BHI and moving forward is becoming sketchier by the day. What a shame….

Sell to SLB. They know what they’re doing.

Split up, sell off the parts. Whomever buys them gut what's left and keep the name plate.

Seems to be the only plan.

After the bloodbath of 2-1-2024 it is apparent that Company wants nothing to do with actual oilfield work. With their focus on being green and woke it is only a matter of time before they exit traditional oilfield type work. They need to recognize this and try to sell instead of purposefully ki-ling the business.

We need less of the "I'm a good boy" mentality and more oil patch workers.

We need to act like a drilling company once again, rather than a mega HR fiefdom.

BKR should hire competent technical training staff to facilitate retention of staff who have business working in safety sensitive environments - …. attended the training near Houston and it was a major joke 😂 fella teaching the class was a disrespectful human being and you can’t let those people lead your talent pipeline because they we-ponize their own personal agenda and the people who are fit for this work will not kiss up to be kicked down

these people who have no interest in the field outside of the overtime/hazard pay work for about 12 months out of college to stack quick cash - then they leave the job for greener pastures because the people gatekeeping are unqualified to do so

your training program is managed from the Middle East and your pipeline of talent is reduced to people who quit within a year - candidates who care have to play politics to please the kingmaker

When the global HSE leaders are saying (surmised) “if we don’t stop losing tools in the hole we are gonna be out of the wireline business bc we can’t manufacture these tools fast enough to keep pace with the tools we lose” yet nobody asks “who trained this person who lost this 1 million dollar tool string?”

engineers can’t run the tools - replace your trainers and watch your business blossom - training is subpar in comparison to other service companies and these people continue to fail to produce yet rise to the top because they throw away their moral compasses to ascend the corporate ladder

Stop giving manager positions to people with no experience and expect the plants to succeed. Or at least listen and take advice from the ones who actually do the work.

Replace all the young boys and token girlies with more experienced managers who actually understand drilling operations.
