Hearing a lot about low PDR ratings (including mine for bullsh-t reasons). Sounds like they're starting soft layoffs.
Customer service to be laid off end date may 31. The Plano team moved to Mexico then Cia now cs
They've started mandating 40 hours only; no OT for frontline, capping head hourly counts in warehouse and manufacturing, put a hiring freeze in place and changed supervisor hours to 4 10hr shifts. We have trailers full of finished product that isn't moving and our lines have dark days. It's been like this for months. Our P13 sales forecast YTD vs prior year is night and day. People aren't buying our products. This is PBNA south division.
They aren't taking work back from mexico. There are open mbs analyst positions even now. Work is still being actively moved. I heard its a pdr objective for some to move processes off your desk to mbs.

Is anyone able to share the VRP message sent out to PFNA?
PFNA VRP message just went out.
What’s left of IT that isn’t in India? It’s going to be at the buildings where the work gets done. Maybe Ramon doesn’t need to make 600 times what the workers make and every one would have jobs and our customers would have service. Too busy hiring ex cons and destroying this company
@5pio+1qkoaVfJ There are ALWAYS cuts in IT
Come on we all know something big is coming we can all feel it, Layoffs or reorg or both, somebody knows something so spill the beans! If not then this site is just rumors and a waste of time!
Any word on cuts in IT
Are you saying we are taking the work back from Mexico? From my end they are sending more to them and India
Anyone heard anything about Strategy & Transformation? We're absorbing a ton from Mexico lately.

Division realignment/consolidation in PBNA?
being s payroll admin until they get MBS/GBS to understand how payroll works they won't get rid of the payroll admins who know how to do the job.
Managers don't want to learn how to do payroll.
Not really. They have centralized payroll already in most markets so it is no longer done in the building. Managers submit to a spa box and it’s done by admins working from home. When they get it all set up, they will offshore it completely and let those payroll admins go
there are always rumors. I have heard all admins and payroll will go at some point. until Mexico/India can figure out payroll I can't see the company laying off the admins who are I. office-the company still needs someone to handle the paper personnel files! They also need that payroll admin to fix what the managers do wrong
