IDC is full of garbage.
Walmart Culture spoiled by i*n sc-mbags.
The way last few years IDC centers hired associates with no credibility definitely going to lead them for disastrous. Indian delivery centers hired way more than what was required I smell some conspiracy by leadership.
Indian Delivery centers are full load of sh--s including leadership. All the IDC employees don't have their own innovative ideas just trying to steal the credit of Bentonville employees.hard work in the name handoff lol.
Layoffs? when there is part time. A good bet. AI should be introduced this year. Good luck.

It would be great if Walmart just went ahead and laid everyone in Bentonville off and finally moved all operations to India. They could then fill the new home office with all AI robots and reduce staffing in the stores to just a single associate.
