It ain’t leadership when you’re digging a hole backwards.
As a customer I’m seeing it. Unusual problems on the Schwab website. Have a problem with a merger cost basis and I’m still not satisfied with the resolution but having called three X I’m Just going to live with it.
The staff is unfailingly nice in the iPhone and I appreciate that cause I know they are under stress.
