Ouch is right. It is not 40,000 people that caused these results, it is a very few decisions made by a very few executives that led to these results. The masses did not make the decision to FID the TCO expansion nor did they manage the execution of that cluster f#$%. But you can say that NH and EB have had their hands all over this for many, many years given their prior roles and current roles. And MW is the one who made the decision on HESS, which the analysts saw as a complete knee jerk reaction to XOM’s purchase of Pioneer and saw us over paying for it. Those 2 decisions led to a $35 stock price drop in 2H of this year that saw us completely tank in TSR performance. Now the masses will suffer in their bonus because of a select few executive leaders poor performance and poor decision making. Yep, bring on the next CES survey so we can give some feedback. Watch…….they will cancel the Spring CES now to avoid the feedback and to avoid having to share it with the BOD. THEY WILL CLAIM that we have created survey fatigue as their excuse! Shameful leadership…….
