Have all communications regarding RSU awards been completed at this point? Currently at CL 25 and last year received RSU award notice in early December having received an Outstanding rating. Received same Outstanding rating this current cycle and pay raise communication was provided but have yet to hear anything regarding potential RSU’s being awarded again this year. Was the award last year a one off exception or is there some delay or other change to the program that I’m not aware of?

Manager should have rolled it out already. My national manager called me about 3 weeks ago to inform me of my RSU award. Then in the new year you should be able to go beqom and switch to receiver or user view (I can’t remember) to see your award.
Missing exec in our organization, previous already left, next has not shown up. No one to communicate since supervisor is too low on totem pole; Rsu will come, same as last year, you’ll just get the paperwork in January, same as last year. This is the new exxon, no one cares enough to work all the systems and communications.
You’ll likely get around 100. No need for CL30+ to communicate it anymore
One time my n+1 just never said anything and I had no knowledge until I got the docusign email. Was pretty sure it was a phishing test.
RSU communicators are supposed to be a minimum CL29, so sometimes there can be a delay based on travel and vacation schedules at the end of the year. 25 O should get 100 RSUs
