Anyone else caught up in the layoff from two weeks ago? I was wrongfully terminated. No severance, no golden parachute. I have worked at Southwest for going on 4 years. Only took short term disability twice in those four years. I am currently still overweight but I’m working on getting below 300. Still I believe they let me go because of my weight issues. A lawyer may be needed. Good luck.
