As one of the champions of DEI, Gorman destroyed the merit based system during post George Floyd years.
i give him a B+
MS is stronger and safer under his leadership but the culture is much more a-s-kissing than ever across all departments,
those who are good at kissing as--s got promoted faster and those who bury their heads in hard work are deemed d-mb.
