I heard you can gift sick hours to other employees. How do we do this? I feel like if I ask my manager they will catch on and realize I am leaving. I would rather have it go to people that deserve it and not the pool for people on maternity leave.

Wish I had gifted mine before I got the axe. A lot of fellow employees could really have used it.

Anyone who participates in the “gifting” of their personal sick time to help a corporation save money is the very definition of cuck.
It’s been a while since I read the policy, but if I remember correctly, you can only gift to people actively on sick leave. I could be wrong though.
You can only gift into the pool and NOT to specific individuals. Once you give up the sick time, you have no control on if, when and who use it. I did this a few years ago and that’s how it worked.
You can gift up to 80 hours per year unless you have been noticed. There's a form on the schweb.
