Thread regarding Charles Schwab Corp. layoffs

If EC is looking for cost-cutting, I have suggestions in New year

Team Name : Tools
Way forward: - Audit there project and spending
Result would be: They give less output compared to what they take in input; EC will have a lot of deadwoods presented as experts and clean up the mess.
Yes, I do not like the tools team; cope with it.

@rit+1qcfQ87x: plot twist, bro is ON the Tools Team and just disappointed he wasn’t laid off with severance in October.

I think if we eliminated cups in the office we will save money and trees. Have employees bring in their own coffee cups.

Yikes! This post falls flat. Get rid of the abundant middle managers who are always on calls but don't contribute anything. Reduce Offshore contractors and open up onshore onsite roles for highly experienced individuals. Remove some of the Execs above the middle managers. Kool-Aid Cult Culture needs to change too at Schwab instead of just being loyal drones that say yes but never convey dissatisfaction with the Company's decisions (you'll probably be fired if you dissent lol). This is just the start. Also, don't make lower-level employees pay for the company's mismanagement.

It is clear that you use your emotions and not your brain. We will have a sit down with your manager to discuss next steps.
