Will ghosts visit?

Will the Ghost of Christmas past, present and future visit management this year or will we all be getting a lump of coal for our CIP and a nice layoff?

CIP will be less than 1.0, how low is/was the question. Financial accruals coming up will provide the answer.

@1nim - exactly! As someone still newish, this is the thing that stuns me the most here. The biggest F*&k-ups get promoted and moved on. All friends protect friends, and it happens at all levels. I have never seen such a stong agency effect. Amazing.

Haha. And the same managers from Gorgon have the nerve to beat their chest at FGP to tell everyone how to run a project. Is it any wonder project after project fails with CVX? The incompetence moves from one continent to the next, and it's the same incompetent people in charge of the same failed project....

Good thing they have the disabled network, therefore Tiny Tim gets to stay!
