I'm too tired to get myself worked up over layoffs that may or may not happen next month. If we get official word, that's another thing. But right now, all of this is still just speculation.

These layoffs WILL happen. It’s not speculation. Choosing to keep your head in the sand is a poor strategy.
Gainwell is a sinking ship. Once they have enough offshore built up and US workers laid off to make their finances look good they are going to sell.
Choosing to ignore it will result in a bad outcome.
It's always about money.
I don’t think this is about the states saving money
I agree with the OP. Quit overthinking it and focus on the work you're doing. You have no control. Coming from outside the Medicaid world, I can say this happens all the time. Those individuals who have spent their careers in the Medicaid world are freaking out because they thought their state contracts protected them from offshoring. Guess what? The states want to save money too!
It’s not speculation.
Good luck with that.
Gainwell never gives official word in advance.
You won’t hear anything until you are kicking rocks.
