Looks like Expert Labs in the US is going back to the office 3 days a week, well not going back because we never had to go to the IBM office, only to customers offices... but that was in the good old days when Lab Services was really humming...
I will make Arvind/Rob wishes come true... bye IBM!

My first two days in the office... A total ghost town... Sometimes, I am almost scared to be so alone in that big office... Seen a few shadows... always wondering if that is real people or just a real ghost. This is very sad!
So, I must be a total id--t going to the office...
The productivity of the employees is going to take a dive. Mine for sure. I will comply with RTO, but my 1+ hour each way commute is now part of my 8 hours of work for IBM. Will take calls from my car if I have to, not sure how focused I will be on these calls, but I will be on calls, even if they are customer calls. And, I will make sure I let these customers know I am taking these calls from my car and my ability to participate is limited.
Great job IBM! We are witnessing another step to destroy this once great company.
That RTO will fizzle out at some point... IBM does not have enough office space anyway, and the offices are all cr-p. I am planning to use all the office network bandwidth downloading stuff all day long and watching movies, a few at the same time (this is called multitasking). Also, planning to take all my webex call with no headset because I don't have one (my airpods are my personal property and should not be used for work). I have a bladder issue too so I will be flushing these toilets a lot (happy to save my water at home not to mention the electricity and nat gas). Make sure you leave the office with all your devices charged (IBM or personal). I think they may also have free charging EV stations at some offices, so for the sake of climate warming (lol!) please use those. I am sure I can come up with a few other things... Feel free to share if you have any other ideas. This IBM company has become so d-mb!

What offices are Expert Labs returning to? Software labs? Sales offices? They never had office space to start with.
Not only are most IBM offices ghost towns, there are FAR FEWER of them than there were 5 years ago. There's no office for many employees to "return to".
Most IBM offices are ghost town. This RTO will never work. IBM is full of sh-t.
