Thread regarding Crown Castle International Corp. layoffs

Relocation fees were intended to be paid back

I got to digging today and found the Relocation Policy that was linked to the October Relocation request and saw that CC was working with a third party company to assist with helping employees relocate. It then went in to say about how any expenses used would need to be REPAID within 24 months back to CC. What tue actual F***?!

Oh please, move to Houston, we want you here. But please note that any expenses it takes to move you and your families down here is just a loan.

It also says that CC has the right to revoke, rescind, cancel, etc any offer or policy at any time for any reason. So, those who are questioning their signed Severance packages, good luck getting them to honor it now that it's canceled.

Sorry if this is old news, not a national role so I never knew these details.

Got to digging? Where were you digging, if you’re not in a national role? Were you digging through someone else’s papers? Or through rumors and misinformation. I smell a troll.

That's only if you quit or are fired.

Are you talking about the two year payback agreement? That is if you leave the company within two years you have to pay back

Wow, they weren't even willing to front the bill for uprooting all those lives. Can you imagine how much that could have cost just 1 person? And asking it to be paid back in 2 years is just crazy.
