What’s going on in Billings?

The original fire reignited later on Friday evening. Real good P66 and BT!
I bet there is one pi---d off British man.......okay?
The thick, black smoke billowing out of the Billings Refinery perfectly epitomizes the dumpster fire that is Business Transformation!
PPP is cutting back way too much! Operations should not be involved in BT. Cost cutting measures need to start with ELT.
Employees are being forced to take on company work, which in turn, decreases job proficiency and creates elevated risks for mistakes. The increased work load may even result in equipment failure due to lack of attention to detail.
Basically, people being spread too thin and eventually the government is going to have to regulate workloads in refineries due to the potential for environmental impacts and risks to health/life.
Extremely disheartening to realize that the oil and gas industry is a necessary evil. The conglomerates” products will never be obsolete, but may be depleted.
Basically, as long as operating equipment is operational and skilled employees are available to run them, refineries will earn money.
Another gift from BT
Fire in the coker pit, nobody hurt.
