Thread regarding Ford layoffs

So is everyone's AICP 84%?

Or was it Gregory l different per business? Where would Model e get 84% if that's what Blue and Pro are also getting? Where is the incentive for Model e to ever improve??

Both times I was Top Achiever I got 135% personal %. And then Whatever AICP percentage was.

I still don't see what Mach e gets 84%. They should get zero.

Unless you are driving a race car around the track as you hobby, they need more money and your sacrifice is much appreciated.

Modeled amounts seem to show 70% aicp for below target, 90% for at target and 110% for above target. Enterprise tech is requiring a forced distribution of below/at/above target, along with no one between 95-105% aicp and only 1/3 above. The 84% corporate aicp is across all salary bands up to at least LL4

Its 84% for GSRs. But also whatever your target amount is, unless you get above target rating on PR you won't get 84% of your AICP. You will get 80% of target AICP and then 84% of that. At target, meets expectations, whatever you want to call it is now 80% of your AICP.
