Just because you managers got a decent bonus last year doesn't mean you will get a bigger bonus every year. Just like managers tell us the craft employees not to count on overtime. Fair is fair.
To think that managers think they deserve tens of thousands of dollars for they do keep dreaming!!! Lucky you get a dollar for bonus for what you stooges of managers do !!!!
