This year's performance process has been a night mare. Mandates to meet arbitrary higher amount of lower achievers. Anyone who has met objectives being recommended only 90% bonus awards and many more unfair practices..

HR has nothing to do with these decisions.
They are the definition of middle-men.
Some top brass or big wig comes up with the plan and then it falls to HR to process the dirty work.
After SRD, a lot of HR were let go after doing the dirty work of laying off al the SRD'd.
These are facts. HR is driving a lot of this and it is evident. Goal posts are moving and this is not unintentional to say the least. RTO is one method to get people to quit....this is another.
