When will AIP be paid out?
No AIP this year due to spin. Why work and bust your a-s to make numbers? Why would anybody stay?
Curious how the SIP numbers align with AIP results. Guessing there are groups of sales people who are not getting their variable comp paid at +100%.
Unfortunately I am under corporate plan, and my AIP is impacted by HCB.
What happened to the HCBG number? Why is it so low? smh

If you are no longer in TEBG and 3M, why do you care any more ? Just focus on your current job, if you have one.
If you indeed qualify for half of you AIP, you will get it in due time. I am not sure if people who left 3M without completing the whole year qualify for partial year AIP.
Don't worry, it will all be higher than normal because they sc--wed HCBG. Even Corporate AIP is higher than HCBG!

All due respect but if the EW person (currently in PSD senior mgmt) you’re referring to is who I think it is, you must be joking. She’s not even remotely close to being a qualified candidate. Her biggest asset is the credit she takes from other peoples work. Nothing personal, just speaking from first hand experience.
Can you access to workday to see? I believe you can see the AIP numbers are in if you have direct reports
TEBG numbers should be global. I guess it will be around 70%

If we left the company in June of last year, are we going to receive whatever the percentages were for the 1st two quarters for AIP?
SIBG global is 108% per the town hall today.
Someone posted earlier it’s in the low 70% region for entire year average.
