Imagine a framework so fundamentally bankrupt that you delete every critical post. Mao and St-lin would be proud, comrades!

In the US we have something called capitalism where people who think they make a better mousetrap can create competing companies to sell said mousetraps. What makes capitalism different from your comrade friends is in capitalism you need to come up with the capital.
Oh yeah. Enjoy your Conscious Culture training. Can I hire a homeless b-m to do mine? Or Amazon Mechanical Turk? COBC should be enough.
This DEI post is still around. :-)

@uma+1qX4dYCJ A significant amount of racist content seems to remain and yet a post about a supplier to Cisco which has outperformed Cisco significantly got deleted. I've replied to non-offensive posts and the original post is deleted while mine survived (it's easy to tell because the text quoted no longer appears anywhere else on the page.) The randomness makes me wonder if it's intentional or if they simply have a bad object store underneath this thing.
Wokey Wokey Hokey Pokey! Diverse simply means non-white. DEI is the way the white execs keep their jobs. Buying time so they get eaten last.
Take a deep breath. No room for conspiracy. Forum's not connected to CSCO. Should be obvious just by taking a glance at the first few thread pages. Topics go from bad leadership to clogged stalls and anywhere in between. As long as it's work-related and it doesn't violate site's rules, your post will stick.
@hgy+1qX4dYCJ is right. If your post got deleted, should get better at posting. Make it kosher and write it again.
Avoid using foul language and personal insults.
Avoid racist and ethnic slurs.
Also, don't use names of non-public figures, doxxing people is a big no-no.
In case you got banned for previous ToS violations (happens sometimes if you were being pushy). might try switching your IP or device, usually helps.
You can post from anywhere you want, I don’t post from my work computer still got removed, they track on matching keywords and the computer you registered with layoffs.com
@shs+1qX4dYCJ lol who’s posting here from their work computer?
IP is being tracked on the same bottom performers who post spam. Careful.
Yes, disappointed at the editing of this site's postings. Very subjective on what is removed; many posts removed seemingly for no reason, as will this one most likely.
You should get better at posting
