Let's hear some opinions. What's the bonus % of target going to be this year?

Replying to comment below: The average % of salary definitely depends on grade. For grade 10-11 the last few years I'd say it's averaged about 20%.
Curious ... as an average percentage of salary, where do you think bonus lands 15%, 20% or more?
160%… I gotta say I truly do love working at Marathon!
High 140s at most. P66 just announced theirs, 161. Valero got max last year.
It would be helpful if the big plants could stop injuring people and trying to burn themselves down.
Denver got a nice extra 10% COLA
Not sure if its true, but I heard raises could be 1% less than previous years. "Low cost culture"
Love that we’re all dragged down by poor performing leaders
140s if lucky. Not a bang up year due to PSE and Env metrics missing. That’s 40% out of the 200% right there.
130% best. Bottom tier relative to Valero and P66, who were respectively 200% and 166% last year, and their target is an actual target for valued citizens, not an average in which middle box employees get less than target. So much for winning the superbowl 2 years in a row.
Heard it’s closer to 110% due to all the refining incidents
150% ish
