Anyone heard what the bonus payout will be? Hearing under 100??? for the year the company had really hope that is NOT the case again!!!

So merchandisers do all of the work eh? So the farmer that grows the product, the harvesters, the truck drivers that haul it, the plant people that make it, the warehousers that ship it, the delivery drivers, Del sups, admins, payroll, HR, fleet people, HQ people, sales people, interns, IT people and whoever else I may have overlooked don't do anything right? My goodness the stupid comments on here lately are amazing!

Lucky you, sounds like you guys getting bonuses are sdl or management. Us sales rep are getting sc--wed over they took 20 years to raise commission by .01 cent and 2 weeks late cut it by 12 cents.
There’s a lot of frustrated people right now. According to our senior leaders, the company has challenges but is performing well. If it’s doing well, I expect a nice bonus.
