Significant erosion of talent and knowledge. Losing product owners now after all of the other layers of knowledge have been eroded is just the final confirmation that they don't care to grow in this space. They are clearly planning to shift to different offerings. As others have said, just using Avaya base and assets to use as a platform to build Masarek, Inc.
And why the he_ _ is SS still with a job? She should be in jail.

Everything is fine. We’ve been through the tough part, our balance sheet is strong and we are laser focused on creating a destination place to work.

As long as the snake SS is still around, how can anyone be “happy”?

Any that are not in South America or India won't be soon.

There is only anger. They have ruined so many lives over the years but they keep on coming back.

I’m happy to have survived layoffs while many of my friends in the same industry/different companies have not fared as well. I am happy to wake up and have something to fill my day and pay my bills with. I am happy to be surrounded by coworkers that try their best daily. I happy for lessons gained and an optimistic outlook.

Yeah I would say I'm pretty happy, or as happy as work can make me. It's just a job at the end of the day

What a most ridiculous passive aggressive question!!!!

I don't work to be "happy". I work to make a living and work evolve my skill set. I work for a purpose of driving toward my objective.

People focused on "being happy" are the ones who do nothing other than talk about themselves.

Yes. Things need to run better. We need more runway to prosper and grow. But happiness is what I get outside of work.

Get back to work.

The manipulation and lies have to stop.

The sacred few who can get away with anything. The doers who have zero voice and less than zero resources. It's Draconian.
