HR is "Claiming" no one is allowed to talk.

Even though it's against the law to silence people. Severance or no severance. Avaya can't tell us we can't talk.

Manager? Last 5 years I worked for Avaya my "manager" was a manager in name only. Never met in person, I'd get an annoying phone call or email now and then.
