Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

When is CIP factor due out?

I'm surprised that the CIP factor email isn't out yet. It's late relative to the past few years. Thoughts on the timing and guess on the factor?

My guess is 0.9 and email tomorrow.

@wxd: “terrible attack by PB”?!? Why are you so weak and fragile.

The company made plenty of money and gave the shareholders a big raise and bonus so only fair for the employees to get paid too.

CIP is a bonus, but reading the amount of posts on this website about the value number it would appear that a significant number of employees have a certain bonus value priced into thier income calculation.
The amount of effort being expended worrying about the CIP number would be better placed in boosting the company business results.

It should be around a 1.5, partly to make up for the low raises and to soothe over the terrible attack from PB.
