Moni Potti, our beloved CFO, does not (and never has) participate(d) in the GESPP. He apparently doesn't think the 15% discount is a good deal. If you participate, please look yourself in the mirror and ask why.

I work in one of the plants and interact with many regional directors and senior managers. Many of which don't even participate in GESPP anymore, although they get RSUs. In that case why would plant employees even sign up GESPP for that meagre 15% discounts? Not worth the risk premium
Nobody should own any stock. It was obvious long ago that the only answers leadership has is layoffs and cost cutting. Those who survive cuts will hate their jobs, stay for a paycheck. Leadership lost the workers long ago, and if you weren’t cut, you expect to be constantly. Many quiet quit, many simply quit, and many, many were cut. Employees know it, customers know it, investors know it, and most of the public knows it. 3M died and leadership can only reinvent recycled terms to try to mask it and delay the funeral
As a recent laid off employee I was finally free sell it all, was some great loss harvesting. Quit the GESSP long ago when the writing on the wall became clearer and clearer.
3M GESPPs are for financial nitwits.
3M stock has gone down 5 to 12 % in a single day over the last 5 years multiple times.
15% discount doesn't matter with that kind of volatile downward stock behavior.
The performance of the share price is a direct performance appraisal of the two clowns. What a shame! And what a shameful board we have. Nothing in the company is improving. Pfas was all over the news again. The csuite is insulated and derelict.
I mean MR didn't even have an answer when someone asked if they should invest in 3M stock or not. Tells you all you need to know.
He gets RSU's and other granted options, why would he or any executive or JG 15 and above participate in GESPP. 3M stock is toilet paper thanks to Mike and Monish, that is why a lot of employees quit GESSP.
Do you mean even the own President don't believe in the GESPP?
