I left in 2021. It was bad then but judging by what I've been reading here things have only gotten worse. I'm sorry, guys. I worked with some great people and I really did hope the leadership would get its act together for the sake of the rest of you. All I can advise you is to leave. Even if it's for lower pay, which is what I did, you will feel much, much better.

Yes, things are great at xerox (Toronto area). All the giraffes I talk to are super engaged and excited to see TP (Tech Powerhouse) innovations fueling speculative growth for the next 100 years.
