Anyone have any rumors on the upcoming RIF? Nothing has hit the Warn site yet....

Strangely quiet considering that RIFs will occur in March. We have already seen the carnage from Nike last week. Granted, ours will be smaller in number, but it is coming. When this was fresh on everyone's mind a few weeks ago, there was a "oh cr*p! " moment. Now, it's like no one is talking about it and secretly hoping it will go away or that they are safe if they keep their heads down and work harder. I don't want to dwell on it myself, but I find the vibe of not talking about it more concerning. Are we seriously that beat down?
3-5%, and 5 million in severance is expected is all i heard. Agreed, the Nike way of thinking. Buzzwords, with zero results.
No numbers yet and from what I can tell, many people managers were not even aware this announcement would drop so they were left with zero talking points for their staff, or so I had a few managers tell me. Many are feeling the stress of Damocles sword dangling over their heads. Really, really bad way to handle this. Thank you, McKinsey and our new Nike leadership team for taking a page out of your playbooks and bringing it over to Columbia.
