To the poster who said it’s taking from others… it’s not, bonus is based on performance, not just being a warm body. Nobody is entitled to anything you didn’t earn. So instead of being here complaining, work a little harder.

Review for my dept is at the end of February - they are not even done with "pay planning" yet. Some may get full target, but if some get 80%, for example, it will be paid by other employees who will then get < 73%. Same thing for raises -- if manager wants to promote an employee and give them a 10%, that money comes out of the pockets of the other employees b/c their raises will be less (e.g. if you deserve an exceeds or far exceeds, you'll get meets). It's seriously F'd up.
and when is the review?
Those let go will get 73% of their full target based on job level. Those still here should learn in their review.
