Plans are in place for wireline this week. For a reorg that was spoken of in the townhall meetings as executive based sure seems to be impacting the lower ranks right down to manufacturing. Took out are team lead with no plans for lost experience…. Clueless leadership at the top once again.

I can already see how much more efficient we will be with a lot less people. For sure someone is going to hit her KPI in the very short term but leave a mess behind that is going to take years to fix. But folks, do not focus on the ongoing mass sla-ghter, just remain concentrated on serving our customer and do not loose the focus! And don't take it personally, it's only buiseniss
