Sorry guys, I was too pi55ed off, and didn’t ask supervisor for the average. Does anyone know what was the average salary uplift given?

People whole were vg or excel got 0%. Ni should have got a paycut.
The average (or median) raise for the upstream was 3%. That’s was I got from my supervisor and others were told the same.

“around 2.5% - 5%” - Are you kidding man?? That is a very wide band. You could have said 0.25% - 50%.
