With AI replacement becoming the excuse No.1 for so many layoffs recently, it is illuminating to look at the results of the recent Stanford Study. It showed that AI may prove more expensive than human workers for years, maybe decades, to come. If this proves to be true, I wonder how it will work out for all those companies going for short-term profits by restructuring around AI.
