They aren't allowed to do it until HHS certifies at least two labs to review specimens, which hasn't happened yet.

I don’t see the uP doing this. The current ur--e tests are intended to see what you do days or weeks prior on your personal time by searching for inactive used metabolites that take many hours to accumulate. Saliva test would actually catch someone immediately impaired on the job.
