Still waiting..........I dont think they will eliminate due to HD having one. They need to fix the labor pricing that is double in some areas from what corp says it is and get the missing categories. They did announce restructuring the pay for rest of year and changes coming Q1 next year as well.
Im happy about the pay restructure. Not fair I do 3 times the sales of others and we get same pay, especially when my truck is due for upgrades. The bonus has always helped wear and tear on my truck. That $.50/mile doesnt cover cr-p.
It wouldn’t surprise me if some get cut again. Some of them had budgets of like 200-300k, maxed bonus and broke 100k paycheck. While guys like me did 800k and got tiny bonuses 🙄

Is there an In Home Dog Petter? If not, Marv should create that position.
Might as well downsize. It’s all part of the plan apparently. There used to be 12 categories to sell, now there are 2 or 3. If you downsize the categories, logic tells you they will need to downsize the amount of people selling too.
How do you have that information ?
The cut backs and restructure happened month ago , what kind of news do you have to state that they will close the position down ?
