Does anyone know when or what is next? So far it is not clear who is in and who is out as the Org Structure is only published until L4 or L5. When will they publish more details ?

The next round will include phase 4 all the way down to phase 8.
Total lack of transparency. Communication stopped. Managers are nowhere to be found. Meetings are often cancelled 1 minute before or no shows. Respect for enployees gone. Massive confusion. Nobody knows anything meaningful.

Phase 4 just started with all decisions and subsequent moves by end of March as expected. This will involve 13s and 14s too. Doesn't mean just layout but moving chess pieces too.
There are many Directors who are not in the org chart? Does this imply they are out or will they just report into another D (layered!)
MDs are legit on the floor looking at and discussing org charts today and what C level they need for which roles. So not any time soon.
February 14 because Citi loves its employees, and March 15 Ides of March.

Managers are asked to layoff people by any means they can save money and severance. Beware you don’t fall into any traps or fights

I would be very surprised if it's announced prior to President's Day Weekend. Gut instinct is it's taking them longer than expected to do, much like everything at the company.
Only question is whether there will be announcements in my division in both Feb and Mar, or just one of the two.
