How are you current Xeroids doing? Get out now or don't. Make sure it works for you. If you can stick around and are "happy", great. If not, stick it out til getting the call and get that severance. It may be weak now compared to prior years, but it's something - and that plus unemployment will hold you over til you get your next gig.
