The leaders of nothing but ongoing layoffs, career stagnation, smoke and mirror products and a lack of accountability and leadership.

Now those things they are most definitely GREAT at!

I didn’t even tune in as none of it means anything, anymore. Nielsen has zero self awareness and is obviously in deep financial, product and managerial trouble, so 30 min of him dancing around about “being the leader in XYZ” has zero meaning or influence on my exit plan. 👋

People need to leave Karthick alone, not many companies have CEOs that can truthfully use two presidential quotes.

I am not a crook(id--t).

I did not have s-xual relations with that woman.

Profits before quality, Karthick should call his buddy at Boeing to see how that’s working.

It will be a prerecorded infomercial where KR will do his Ron Popeil and pitch his Nielsen Ronco 2000.

“Quality??? Who cares, with the new Nielsen you just set and forget. No need for qualified oversight”

“But wait there’s more! Say good bye to employees who built Nielsen with this cheaply made plastic replacement”.

“The Nielsen-O-Matic will slice and dice all your data at a third of the price!”

“Buy this cr-p now and we will send you a second Nielsen-O-Matic absolutely free, just pay postage and handling”.

Slick is going to tap dance around every question, say it's going to be a slow roll out but get ready to train your Indian or Mexican replacement and remember we are one big Nielsen family.

My guess- He will address our questions in aggregate, no specific ones. He will remind us that this will be a slow transition then say they are working diligently to put transition plans in place. That only after that happens will we be informed of impact to our roles but that will only be the beginning of the transition period should we choose to stay. He will emphasize transformation and try to make us feel like we are part of something big. He will be blunt in saying that if we don’t plan to be part of the transformation we should exit.

He will keep talking enthusiastically about the long-standing, century-old partnership between TCS and Nielsen. What an id--t! Haha.

he’ll say nothing and just talk about how working hard makes him feel better and boosts morale and to be excited for future opportunities.

maybe he’ll crack like he did last year and start declaring I AM NOT AN ID--T again.
lol
