Yep, the good ol' days are gone. Back in the mid-late 90s when the numeric buildings at Corp HQ were still being built in SJ, the stock was splitting every six months, the company was hiring quicker than they had space for, every single employee down to the mail room clerk got stock options every year, and morale was high all around.
That "fatty paycheck" is dwindling too bro. Unless you have more than 10 years, best to be on your way.
