Not even sure what the Aramark staff are supposed to be doing. They seem to just hang out in the tables in the Cole Podium. Drinking coffee, playing with their phones. Are they the ones who are supposed to be wiping tables, vacuuming, replacing paper towels etc? Because they are always around but none of this stuff is getting done. On top of that, taking up space when space is scarce...

Hmmmm, before I retired, my VP(Design) said WFH created a 22%+ productivity gain.
Guess he was plain wrong, maybe he'll apologize?

IMO since EVs didn’t meet targets last year MB needs to put on some smoke and mirrors to shareholders. What better way than to crack the whip and show she brought those ‘unproductive, WFH, lazy’ employees back in. Then she can show immediate action was taken and secondly if there are better results this year claim it was from making folks come back in to work. Rather the issue truly was RTO is another story but either way she’d win in the Investor’s eyes and win the RTO game imo.

everyone knows it has zero to do with "collaboration" but instead is about keeping us worker bees in our place. sadly we'll never know the real motivation behind them dragging us back into overly crowded work spaces where a cubicle, by comparison, would be a luxury.
