They didn’t have warn notices in last layoffs either. They find ways around that - typically the severance pay they offer is sufficient to cover any fines they would incur for failing to submit a warn notice.
There don’t seem to be any WARN notices filed by PepsiCo in the past three months. I doubt there will be widespread layoffs.
